Terms of Use – Trackstar

1 · Acceptance

By downloading or using the Trackstar app ("App") you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2 · Description of Service

Trackstar is a personal fitness tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track nutrition, follow training plans, and optionally connect with a coach. Features vary by subscription tier.

3 · User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trackstar.fitness if you suspect unauthorized access.

4 · Subscriptions & Payments

Trackstar offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

Free trial periods, where offered, convert automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

5 · Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The App is intended for general fitness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Trackstar accepts no liability for injury, illness, or other harm arising from use of the App.

6 · Coach Features

Coach accounts allow users to manage athletes through the App. Coaches are solely responsible for the advice and programmes they provide to their athletes. Trackstar does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications of any coach using the platform.

7 · Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
Transmit harmful or misleading content through coach or social features
Use automated tools to scrape data from the App
Share your account credentials with others

8 · Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of Trackstar or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Trackstar name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

9 · Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10 · Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Close Account). Upon deletion, your personal data and workout history will be permanently removed from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store account settings.

11 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trackstar and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12 · Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

13 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 · Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
