How to delete your Trackstar account

You can permanently delete your Trackstar account and all associated data in one of two ways:

1. In the app — open Trackstar, go to Profile → Settings → Close Account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
2. By email — if you can't access the app, email support@trackstar.fitness from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your personal data, including:

• Your account and profile (name, email, age, height, weight, and fitness goals)
• Your workout plans, logged sessions, and training history
• Your diet plans and nutrition data
• Any coach–athlete connections associated with your account

What may be retained

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where we are legally required to keep limited records (for example, purchase and tax records for subscriptions, which are processed by Google Play). Any residual data in encrypted backups is purged within 30 days.
